About Goalster - Health and Fitness Network
Goalster is a unique health and fitness network with an online workout log that allows you to track your health and fitness goals on the www.goalster.com site. Three easy steps allow you to take your fitness goals to a reality: track, share and achieve.
By using our online workout log to regularly track your personal health and fitness goals, you can quantify and monitor exactly what you want to do and how to do it. This workout log makes it easy to see exactly how much progress you are making towards achieving your workout goals, including an easy-to-read graphical interface.
Accountability Counts!
New with Goalster 2.0 is Groups. You can find and create groups that are unique to the workout and fitness goals that you are tracking. A live feed on your homepage with show you all of the updates for that group across the entire health and fitness network. Of course, you also have the option to keep these groups private.
Sharing these goals with friends and family gives you that extra motivation to pull through; even if you don’t feel like taking your evening jog, you know your best friend will call you out on it tomorrow at work. Finally, you can achieve your fitness goals through this accountability site.
Goalster's parent company is HyperStrike, a leading health and fitness, nutrition and training company. When HyperStrike realized that an online workout log with “goal tracking” was the #1 request from members, Goalster was created, a goal-setting social site that is entirely customizable for your health and fitness needs.
HyperStrike CEO Mike Greeves saw the need for this goal-tracking service in his personal life, and he tried it out before launching to the public. He found himself spending too much time on the computer, and he realized that running his business was ruining his health. Greeves found that Goalster was a way to keep himself accountable and encouraged to stay focused on his fitness goals. To date, Greeves has lost 25 pounds with Goalster, and has even added business metric features to the Goalster site.
