Matt Luensmann is a recruiter, talent advisor and founder of MJL Recruiting & Consulting with more than 10 years of experience across recruiting and hiring.

He has recruited across professional services, IT, engineering and other industries, and has supported organizations ranging from small businesses to major employers, including placing 120 professionals at Microsoft in 15 months.
