Goalster LinkedIn Content Strategy Calendar

The Goalster content calendar is designed to help advisors stay visible, build credibility, start conversations, and reinforce their expertise consistently without needing to create content from scratch every week.

The goal is not simply “posting on LinkedIn.”

The goal is to:

  • Create relevance with decision-makers

  • Demonstrate expertise

  • Create repeatable conversations

  • Reinforce the business problems Goalster solves

  • Generate opportunities naturally over time

The Recommended Advisor Approach

1. Use the Core Content as a Foundation

Each weekly post gives advisors:

  • A business problem

  • A conversation starter

  • A positioning angle

  • An execution insight

Advisors should not repost content word-for-word.

Instead:

  • Personalize it

  • Add perspective

  • Add a story

  • Tie it to their expertise or client experiences

Example:

  • A sales advisor may frame “execution drift” around pipeline consistency.

  • A leadership advisor may frame it around accountability and follow-through.

  • An operational advisor may frame it around initiative overload and lack of visibility.

2. Follow the Monday / Friday Rhythm

Monday = Strategic / Thought Leadership

Purpose:

  • Establish authority

  • Discuss business problems

  • Shape executive thinking

Tone:

  • Bigger-picture

  • Insightful

  • Commercial

  • Outcome-oriented

Examples:

  • Execution gaps

  • Accountability

  • Initiative failure

  • Leadership alignment

  • Operational drag

  • Revenue leakage

Friday = Tactical / Practical

Purpose:

drive engagement

provide actionable value

create relatable moments

Tone:

practical

actionable

conversational

Examples:

execution tips

warning signs

team habits

coaching moments

self-assessments

polls/carousels

3. Add a Personal Layer

The strongest advisor posts include:

personal experience

observations from leadership

lessons learned

real-world examples

practical consequences

This is critical.

People engage with:

perspective

credibility

pattern recognition

Not “corporate posting.”

4. Use Posts as Outreach Fuel

This is the part most advisors miss.

The content is not just for broadcasting.

It becomes:

  • Follow-up material

  • Conversation starters

  • Credibility reinforcement

  • Warm touchpoints

Example:“Thought this might resonate based on our conversation around execution visibility.”

That feels natural and valuable.

5. Tie Posts Back to a Specific Problem You Solve

Every advisor should consistently reinforce:

  • Who they help

  • What problem they solve

  • What outcomes they improve

Not:

“I’m excited about Goalster!”

But:

“I help sales teams improve execution consistency.”

or

“I help organizations improve operational accountability.”

The platform supports the outcome. The advisor leads with the business problem.

The Strategic Advantage

Most independent consultants struggle because:

  • They post inconsistently

  • Their messaging is fragmented

  • They lack positioning

  • They don’t reinforce themes over time

This system solves that.

It creates:

  • Consistency

  • Repetition

  • Authority

  • Brand alignment

  • Scalable visibility across the advisor ecosystem

Over time, the market starts hearing the same themes repeatedly from multiple credible operators:

  • Execution

  • Accountability

  • Visibility

  • sustained performance

  • Turning strategy into action

That repetition becomes powerful.
