This 1:1 session helps you strengthen alignment with your manager and other key stakeholders by getting clear on expectations, priorities, communication and what success looks like. Bring a specific relationship, situation or challenge, and work with an experienced leadership advisor to identify where alignment may be breaking down and determine the best way forward.
