Here's our agenda. 1. Welcome & Framing Set the tone: "This session is about making sure you're clear on how to plug in, whether that’s delivering Goalster’s services as a Pro or building your own offerings as an Advisor." 2. Understand Their Goals Key Questions: - What are your goals for the next 6–12 months? - Who do you most want to help or work with? - What would success in this partnership look like? - Capture their top 2–3 goals in the tracker. 3. Clarify the Right Track - Goalster Pro: Deliver existing Goalster services (1:1s, job seeker calls, live events). - Goalster Advisor: Create and sell your own services under the Goalster brand. - Confirm where they fit best now, and where they may want to expand in the future. 4. Identify Opportunities to Contribute - Discuss where they can contribute or lead: - Live sessions, workshops, corporate programs - Lead magnet events or expert interviews - Content creation or facilitation roles - Note ideas in the tracker. 5. Walk Through Compensation Model & Tracker - 85/15 split on paid services - We provide platform, branding, marketing, admin - Review the shared compensation and activity tracker "This will be our working doc to track earnings, services, sessions, and progress toward your goals." 6. Set Next Steps - Depending on their role: For Pros: - Profile setup - Confirm availability for sessions - Book orientation call if needed For Advisors: - Define first service or lead magnet - Schedule first session or planning call - Outline support needs
