When a team isn’t performing at the level you need, identifying what’s really getting in the way is the first step toward improving it. This 1:1 session helps you take a closer look at your team’s performance, identify the biggest gaps or barriers, and determine where to focus your leadership attention. Bring a specific team, performance issue or challenge, and work with an experienced leadership advisor to diagnose what’s happening and build a practical plan to improve results.
